A small program,
taught in a real practice.
River Valley Dental Assisting Academy trains dental assistants in thirteen weeks — one day a week, chairside, inside a working dental office in Fort Smith.
Why the academy exists
Most people who want into dentistry face the same wall: programs built around a schedule you can only meet by quitting your job. Meanwhile practices across the River Valley cannot find assistants who are ready to work on day one.
This academy was built to close that gap from both sides. One day a week for thirteen weeks, in a practice that is seeing patients — so you keep your income while you train, and you graduate having done the work rather than only read about it.
